Speed and Flexibility

The B9 Core Series' multiple resolution and build size settings allows researchers to switch from prototypes, to fossil replicas, to microfluidics channels with one powerful machine that has a build speed of 120+mm per hour. Unlike many 3D Printers, the B9 Core Series doesn't require purging of lines, or time-intensive setup, saving researchers money on material and precious time. The B9 Core Series finishes printing in the time that most other printers take to warm up.

B9Creations' software has the ability to incorporate multiple models and objects without requiring a manifold mesh which makes turning CAD files into physical models easy and enables experimentation. Additionally, B9Creations’ resins offer properties from strength to castability and paintability, enabling you to create whatever you can design. The resin enables print speeds of more than one inch per hour with plastic-like durability and strength.

User-defined parameters of the curing process at the level of voxel resolution allows University researchers to tune the B9 Core Series to work with a variety of material properties, allowing for use of 3rd party resins and experimental builds.
