v1.0 to v1.1 Optional Hardware Upgrades

Option 1 - "Deep VAT"

  • Includes new, PDMS coated, deeper VAT (eliminates resin bottle)
  • New ZA-04A with longer legs, needed for deeper VAT
  • New "flapped" sweeper, needed for deeper VAT
  • Original VAT will still work with upgraded ZA-04A and Sweeper
  • New PG-01 dust gasket to fill the gap from the projector lens extension.
 

Option 2 - Includes Option 1 + "X & Z Axis Improvements"

  • New machined Delrin X Slide Rails (XA-10) to replace the ABS parts
  • Collars & hardware to lock the Z slide rods to the backplate
  • Z-Decoupler nut assembly to decouple the lead screw from the XY plane (reduces layer artifacts)
  • Requires either option 3 below or the drilling of 6 holes in existing parts (hole templates provided) and grinding or filing off 4 points on XA-08
 

Option 3 - Includes Option 1 & 2 + "New Parts"

  • Includes replacement XA-08-v3 to work with new delrin X Slide rails
  • Includes replacement ZA-01-v3 Backplate, ZA-02-v2 Arm & ZA-07 Stabilizer
