B9Creations Named on Inc. Magazine's 5000 Series: Midwest List

    March 25, 2020 – By Rachael Ballard

RAPID CITY, S.D. (March 25, 2020) – Inc. Magazine today announced that B9Creations, a global provider of 3D printing solutions, has been ranked #112 on the Inc. 5000 Series list of the fastest-growing private companies in the Midwest. As an Inc. 5000 Series honoree, B9Creations joins Intuit, Zappos, UnderArmour, Microsoft, Jamba Juice, Timberland, Clif Bar, Patagonia, Oracle and other notable alumni.

The Inc. 5000 list has honored the journeys of the fastest-growing businesses in America since 1982 – but this year, Inc. Magazine has unveiled its first-ever lists of regional honorees. The Inc. 5000 Series: Midwest list is the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin.

B9Creations CEO, Shon Anderson, credits the company’s rapid growth to a competitive advantage of out-listening – taking customer feedback and transforming it into technology that acts as an engine of growth in their businesses. “At B9Creations, we’re always listening to and leveraging feedback to drive product developments. We’re honored to be recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the Midwest, and we’re honored to have customers and supporters who’ve made this growth possible,” he said.

As a global provider of additive manufacturing solutions, B9Creations has become the industry leader in production, speed and value in high-precision applications such as medical, prototyping and manufacturing, aerospace, research, jewelry and model making. B9Creations serves customers, certified dealers and OEM partners in nearly 70 countries around the globe.

The companies on this list show incredible rates of growth across all industries in the 12 Midwest states. Between 2016 and 2018, these 250 private companies had an average growth rate of 360 percent and, in 2018 alone, they employed more than 27,000 people and added $13 billion to the Midwest’s economy.
