Any repair work requested by the Customer and undertaken by us (B9Creations) shall be subject to the General Terms and Conditions set forth herein to the extent no other agreements have been explicitly made.

We will perform the professional repair work assigned in relation to equipment manufactured by B9Creations.  Unless a different scope has been agreed upon in writing, the repair work covers the performance of services that are identified as necessary (a) on the basis of the details you (Customer) provide us, (b) on the basis of our examination of the instrument to be repaired, and (c) during the course of the repair work.

The repair costs stated in cost estimates are guidelines based on the information provided in the ticketing/RMA system. The estimate is just that, an estimate of what the repair will require.  The exact cost will not be known until the repair is undertaken. If while repairing the equipment it becomes clear that more extensive repair work is necessary, we are authorized to complete the work without seeking confirmation from you, provided this does not cause the overall repair costs to exceed the estimated price by more than 15%. Otherwise we will inform you that we expect the cost estimate to be exceeded and will present a new estimate to you.

If based on a cost estimate, you decide not to proceed with the performance or continuation of the repair work, we are entitled to charge for the cost of preparing the cost estimate and for any services performed up to that point.

Shipping costs (packaging, transport and insurance) shall be borne by the customer. We may charge a flat fee for shipping costs.

Payment is due upon the order by you of repair work to be done, adjusted repair of 15% or less, or acceptance by you of any cost adjustment from the initial estimate that is greater than 15%.  B9Creations reserves the rights to charge storage fees and/or place a lien on repaired equipment that has an invoice that remains unpaid in part or in whole for more than 30 days.  If invoice remains unpaid for 75 days, equipment associated with the unpaid invoice is forfeited in whole to B9Creations.
