Core Series Touch Screen Not Selecting Touched Areas

Issue: When touching the main touch screen does not select the desired field. Watch Video.

Resolution: The printer is not grounded. You can validate by placing your left hand on the metal side of the printer while accessing the screen. If normal operation is observed the problem is no ground. Plug the printers Power Supply cord directly into the Main (Wall Outlet). Do not remove the ground from the cord or use any converter plug which removes the ground connection.
