Issues with 550 prints and duravats

We just bought a new 550 and after some hours of use, with great results, the printer started having some issues with the prints. We tried to print a ring but it had some deformations as you can see in the photo. Another problem we had is that the duravats are leaking through one of the screws.

Someone here had the same issues? And anyone know how to solve it?
Thank You

The vat absolutely should not leak. Please create a support ticket and we'll get that replaced!

Hi folks, I had the same problem of leakage of resin by the screws and I stain the whole projector, for the rest it is an incredible printer !!! Happy to buy the B9 530 !! Greetings from Argentina, I will soon upload photos of my rings.

The duravat needs to recharge for 45-60 minutes after use. And to get nice crisp prints the vat window needs to be cleaned before EVERY print job. The Core's projection window needs to be checked regularly and also kept perfectly clean and lint free. Use a soft microfiber cloth.
After printing, I set the duravat (with lid attached) on a sloped surface so the resin is not touching the window and no light can enter from below. When I'm ready to print I remove the lid, wipe the vat window with a microfiber cloth, put the vat in the machine and go!

Our duravat has not leaked a drop in 7 months of (almost) daily use.

Friends, it was just a comment, I was always well attended by the distributor, I am happier with my B9 530, now what kind of film does it have on silicone? Thank you...
