x-axis motor replacement

well, of course. I just got our v1.1 machine dialed in. I'm about to buy it from work, I've got 2 minis left to print and paint for my D&D crew, and the x-axis motor grinds out because someone got the rails dirty with resin slop and didn't tell me. :x :x :x

anyone know where to find the x-axis motor fast and reasonably priced?

You can get the Xmotor replacement right on the B9 website... It's about $45.00
which is a good price and it comes wired correctly.

It's actually the X motor for the 1.2 machine, but it works well on the older machines and is slightly more powerful. you have to use the setting for the 1.2 X motor.

b9 support helped me out and gave me that answer metalcaster, thank you. ordered and waiting. I'm worried our lamp will be due for replacement soon as well, do you know if the lamp for the v1.2 will work in the v1.1 projector? or if the old projector on the 1.1 can be completely swapped for the 1.2's HD projector?

The lamps can't be swapped between machines. And unfortunately the 1.2 projector cannot mount onto the 1.1. the 1.2 projector is much larger than the 1.1, and the metal on the 1.1 doesn't allow the projector to just be swapped in.

well I guess i'll need to find a source for lamp replacements and order 1 or 2 for the eventual failure. Any suggestions there?

We sell the bulb assemblies in our shop, for the 1.1 D535 Projector they have about a 4 week lead time.
