A question for the model makers

Good day,
I recently printed the nefertiti stl file using the link that Andreas provided us with a short while ago. The piece is 60 mm in height and is so beautiful that I would like to try my hands at finishing it. Would one of you be kind enough to give me some advice on how to go about it (no experience whatsoever on the subject).
Questions: How to prep the surface - What kind of paint do you use for this type of resin ( cherry ) and maybe a link to a good place where you find your answers when you have a question?

Regards and thank you all, Alfred

Alfred first you need to prime it..
any generic primer will do ..you can try MOTIP grey primer..
then you can paint it either with acrylic ,enamel or oils..
check this link below for more info on painting.
