CAD generated supports or done in the App? Have u printed that same layout before (using what resin)?

Usually takes a little more MSM with the Emerald green and the yellow, especially with the thin supports. Having all of them vertical will fog the PDMS sooner. Slanted is much better. All the horizontal surfacs are not a good idea. U should slant them at about 40 to 45 degrees. Some of those if the back is planar can be printed snap to floor and need no supports.

Can't see the detail in your calibration print.

tried both CAD & B9 supports but none are working.
printing this file for the 1st time. Increased MSM from 1.7 to 2.0 but the result was all same. The image below we printed at 45 degrees, but print failed again.

Try this.

Use your toggle with vat in place, move the the slide plate to the open side (all the way left), push down on the four corners of the VAT one corner at a time. Is there a wobble like as if a table that has legs that are not the same length.

Things to check.

PDMS in good condition
Resin has been shaken thoroughly and has been from time it was first opened
Resin is being filtered

Notice that the thin supports are failing sooner than the thick ones. With your calibration is the B9 logo clear? Your squares are at 5mm +/- a little?

On your slanted models in the layout you have unsupported layers at the beginning of the print. Do u go through the layers in "print preview", you should have red at the beginnign of those in the layout.

My 5 cents - try something simpler to print, increase supports size, increase MSM to 2.5, slice 25-30 micron, double check focus on projector. Hope this helps.

The pdms is completely new, only 2-3 grids were printed. i changed the print to 2 simple pendants with 2mm cz setting, printed them with 0.8mm support thickness, at 2.00 & 2.5msm, but both failed.
Also in print preview there were no red lines, as we added the max supports just to check if anything prints.
pls help.
log file & print result attached.

How about print screen of your layout with supports.

Did u change resins? If u did go back to the one before and check for print quality.

Thinking outloud.

I have 2 bottles of Green, been more then a year, & i've not been able to print a single pc from them, i posted some queries on green problem earlier too.
For calibrating Build table, my calibration prints came all fine, with everything printing very sharp, so not sure if its a build table problem.
Am printing after nearly 2 months now, had to stop printing for some reasons .
( Thanks for helping )

Get away from all those small supports. You have a horizontal surface that can give u printing problems. Also need to slant your supports. You will be exposing the PDMS in the same spot over and over when they are vertical, shorting the like of the PDMS.

Put a "base" on in CAD program. I have several saved to add to models for printing. Slant the model and add a base before exposting as .stl

I would grow them flat no base no supports snap to floor
those would grow in less than 30min I am betting.

Hi Robert & Ak, I'll print a new calibration grid, & also request, if you could send me just any file to print from your side, just to check the difference / results.

V
I have a question are your using the dynamic vat positioning function in the B9 software while printing these past prints?

If yes then uncheck that and try it again without DVP
it is located in printer setup in the print mode click n the advance tab it is located below the settings on the left. uncheck that.

It has been an issue in the past that I remembered seeing

Hi Ak, dynamic was unchecked when prints were done.
Pls send a printable file, for me to check, if any problem is in file or settings can be worked on.

What type file would u like. I can send stl but u will need to do layout and slicing.

Do you want pre sliced file. I only have at 30xy and 30z.
