Re: The B9 Core Series is coming...

Forgot to mention the flexibility of 30, 50, and 70 xy. That's the main reason I will be running both machines.

Re: B9 Model Cure and Old Resin

You don't have to worry about over cure at those settings. If u put a full build table in the curing unit just cure for the largest and thickest item in the build. Just mix the old and new and blend well. I have green that I am using since it's first release (over a year) don't remember. I always le...

Re: The B9 Core Series is coming...

Alfonso the v1.2 is here to stay. There will be 2 choices now. Don't worry about the support or anything else to do with your 1.2. I still have mine and will continue to use it and support all of the users as will the company. I am sure Mike will continue to do all he can to improve the 1.2 if possi...

Re: The B9 Core Series is coming...

It's been all out Core machines for MIke for quite some time. He is all about R&D so if he thinks it can be done I'm sure he will give it a shot. Just give him time to let us know if it's even something that is possible. Mike always listens to his supporters. The new Core machine is proof of tha...

Re: The B9 Core Series is coming...

The official release date for the new Core series is actually Jan 31st. One of the reasons for the early promotion is just to let everyone know that a new unit is coming out. There are quite a few jewelers and others trying to make a final decission on which printer to purchase. There would certainl...

Re: Fast UV post curing unit.

The curling is due to the base and subsequent layes being overcured when light penetrates to those already partially cured layers. Don't see how tape could possibly help that.

Re: Mesh lines printed at the object

Change the slice thickness to either 25 or 30 microns. The Emerald is not "tuned" to be printed at 5 microns. That print must have taken forever. this will also fog your PDMS quickly.

Re: Fast UV post curing unit.

U can get solar turntables on Amazon for very little. With the single sorce UV it might help. Don't need painters tape. Don't know why it would be used. Can u explain?

Increase the diameter of the foundation disc on the bottom of your supports too.

Re: Fast UV post curing unit.

When u file or sand the surface do u get dust? Really good surface cure is all that is required. The uv lamp curing depends on the wave lenth and the output of the lamp. I'm surprised a 6mm thick print didn't warp and fall off the build table. There is a reason why attachment layers are .5mm in thic...
